What if I enter the wrong name, ID, server, league or platform? + −
Wrong details are the most common cause of slow or failed delivery. Currency and items cannot be moved between leagues, servers, platforms or realms, so an order placed on the wrong realm cannot be transferred. Double-check everything before paying; if a mistake happens, contact 24/7 support immediately with your order ID.
Can I buy for any region or platform? + −
We support multiple regions and platforms (PC, PlayStation, Xbox, mobile where applicable). Console and PC economies are separate, so always select the region / server / platform matching your character from the dropdown before placing your order.

We keep it as low as possible: normal in-game trades only, no account access, no bots or automation on your character. Never hand over credentials, always inspect the trade window before accepting, keep sensible trade sizes and keep purchases out of global chat.
What happens if delivery fails? Can I get a refund? + −
If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund — open live chat with your order ID and it will be processed. Can’t find the product you need? Ask in live chat: unlisted currency amounts, items and denominations can usually be sourced the same day.
